How issuing works
If this is your first request
If this PC code has not been activated for the selected master key, the portal creates a new activation. Enter the activation code and expiration date into the program. Important: the user details in the portal and in the program must match.
If this is a repeated request
If an active record already exists for this master key and PC code, the portal updates it with the entered details and recalculates the activation code. Enter the code, expiration date, and details from the Activation information block into the program.
